PROCESS WORKS

Task 3: Illustrated Typography Poster

First, i search some good quotes in pinterest and doing research for how i can express it.

I choose this quotes because it is okay to grow little by little, there's no rush as long as you're growing. Later on, i did some research for how to interpret this quotes.

I started by editing the sunflower to the photo that i took

I'm using 3 different sunflower, to represent "grow"

I focused using the warp effect, pen tool, and also the 3D tools to make the quotes. I also tried a lot of different color to match it with the background photo.

I am adding thumbs up and snail for the "okay" and "slow" word

After that, I play with depth and layer, so some of "it is okay" word will go behind the tree. Same goes with the "grow" and "slow" behind the sunflower.

SELF REFLECTION

For this task, i was struggling to do the type expression, i need a lot of research to do the typography. The new tools that we learn also a little bit difficult to use, i'm still not used to it. 

Through this task, i learn about many tools to support making the typography. After some progress, i manage to get used to it and even learning more tools both in illustrator and photoshop.
