Lectures :

On this task we learn how to use quick selection tool, layer mask, filters, and color correction. This tools are use to add the shazam picture into the mansion to create more realistic picture. 

Practical : 

Part 1 : Hearst mansion 

For this assignment in photoshop, we used the following:

1. Quick Selection Tool

2. Layer Mask
3. Filters

4. Color Correction

First we downloaded the given picture with shazam and mansion background in it. After that we use quick selection tool to cut out the shazam picture and add it to the background.

Part 2 : My reflection

Progress Work 

Starting by cut out the image of ourself using quick selection tool

After that match the color of the cut out image to blend in with the background using "match color"

To look more realistic use brush to create a shadow and then click "filter" and "blur" to make it blurry and then use opacity to make it less contrast

Because there's a pool on the mansion, we have to create a reflection, just duplicate the cut out image and then flip it upside down. After that cut the leg using "pen tool" and then select, after that "mask"

same like the shadow, we have to make the reflection darker, use the "blur" and then "gaussian blur"
